SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
This website (wudushop.eu) is dedicated to our international customers across Europe. We ship to most EU countries. If you are located in Denmark, please visit our Danish shop at www.wudushop.dk for local shipping rates and service.
We offer reliable shipping across Europe. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your specific location. We aim to keep our rates as low as possible for our premium stone mats.
We process and ship orders continuously. Depending on your location in Europe, you can expect a total delivery time of 3-7 business days from the date of your order.
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package’s journey all the way to your door.
MAINTENANCE AND USE
Maintenance is incredibly simple. For daily cleaning, just wipe the mat with a well-wrung cloth or a sponge. Since the mat is made of natural diatomaceous earth, it dries almost instantly by itself.
If you encounter a stain that cannot be removed with a cloth, you can lightly sand the area directly with a piece of fine-grit sandpaper. This will remove the stain and refresh the mat’s natural absorption at the same time.
PAYMENT AND SECURITY
We accept most major payment cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay quickly and securely using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Absolutely. We use an encrypted SSL connection, and all payments are handled through Stripe, one of the world’s most secure payment platforms. We never store your card information on our servers.
RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your item. The mat must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Please contact us at info@wudushop.dk to arrange a return.
Should your package be damaged during transport, please contact us immediately via email with photos of the damage. We will, of course, arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost.
