Welcome to Wudushop.eu. Below are our terms and conditions, which apply to all purchases made on this webshop. We have kept them clear and transparent to ensure a safe shopping experience.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices on Wudushop.eu are indicated in Euro (EUR) and include applicable VAT. We accept the following payment methods via Stripe:

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express.
Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Payment will be debited from your card only when the item is dispatched from our warehouse. We use SSL encryption, meaning your card details are processed securely and are never stored by us.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to most countries within the European Union.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery Time: Expected delivery time is 3-7 business days from the time of order.
Dispatch: Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Denmark to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered multiple items in one order that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

How to withdraw: You must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase no later than 14 days after receipt. Please send an email to info@wudushop.dk.

5. Returns

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
Condition of the item: As our mats are hygiene products, we recommend they be returned in unused condition and in original packaging. You are liable for any decrease in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the goods.

6. Refund of the Purchase Amount

If you cancel your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable. We will refund the amount no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the item back.

7. Warranty (Claims)

When shopping at Wudushop, you have a 24-month warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) and EU consumer regulations. This means that if the item has a defect (e.g., a manufacturing fault), you can either have it repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

When to claim: You must file a claim within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. Contact us at info@wudushop.dk with photos of the issue.

8. Privacy Policy

To enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information: Name, address, phone number, and email address. We register and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the goods to you. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Complaints

These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact us at info@wudushop.dk. If we cannot find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution portal (ODR).
